Driver Agreement

This page is for people who drive a truck, pickup, or tanker, or run a gas cage on LoadYard. Households use the Terms of Service.

Before you take jobs we check a Jamaican driver’s licence, vehicle registration, and fitness paper. Skip the web form if you want. Send those on WhatsApp to +1 516 564-2977. Until we check them, you stay off the public list.

Looking and sending a cash price are free. When the person picks you and you say yes, we take 15% of that cash price from your credit — never from the money they pay you at the gate. Smallest cut: move J$2,000, hardware J$4,000, gas J$1,200, water J$3,000.

You collect the full cash price from them — cash, Lynk, or bank. Do not ask for a deposit before you arrive. If you do, we drop the truck.

Credit is your own money, put on first, like phone credit. Add it with a card on the driver page. The card page is Stripe. We never see the card number. The bank line may say CDMSUITE or LOADYARD. Some Jamaican cards will not go through.

After the job, both of you rate. You rate them. They rate you. Stars show after both of you finish. If they say you asked for a deposit, we look at the truck.
